Screen Candidates

  •  Review resumes for required qualifications

  •  Shortlist candidates based on skills and experience

  •  Conduct initial phone or video screenings


Interview Process

Background & References

Offer & Onboarding

  •  Prepare onboarding plan (training, introductions, systems access)


Post-Hire Follow-Up

  •  Monitor performance during probationary period
